This disclaimer is CONSPICUOUS and in WRITING as required by UCC § 2-316. By purchasing k2spray, you acknowledge that:

• The product is sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS”
• No oral or written statements create any warranty
• Your sole remedy is limited to refund/replacement under Section 6
• NO CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES allowed

STATE LAW VARIATIONS: Some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties. If your state prohibits this disclaimer, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share account access

Violations result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability
